We recently launched our brand new customer portal so your jobs can be placed directly into the queue of our Rapid Response Centre Engineers. This means that we can support your IT infrastructure with more speed and efficiency, allowing minimal downtime and impact on your business.

For a new incident/service tickets, our user-friendly portal helps you manage your requests quickly and easily. From this main page, you are able to access existing service tickets, create new tickets, generate reports for your company (manager only access), manage new users and search through our online knowledge base for help with common issues. In your Client Portal you will be able to see all of your existing requests, while a manager will be able to view all requests for your company.

Creating a New Ticket - You can specify when you require the work completed, and assign a severity rating as you log your ticket. This defines the type of job, timeline and urgency of the job.

You will be emailed with your submission, as confirmation of the receipt of your job order. You will also be notified along the way of the status of your job, as it moves through the process, through to the completion of the job; so that you are kept up-to-date at all times, if you so wish.
