The Rapid Response Centre (RRC) provides comprehensive maintenance, support and consultancy services for all our customers IT infrastructure. The ability to service equipment onsite or remotely ensures rapid turnaround and maintains the quality of your IT assets.  Remote maintenance, troubleshooting, escalation and monitoring are all driven from the RRC.

We maintain a comprehensive database of supported customer equipment with detailed service history which allows us to give fast response times, with immediate attention to your problem. We aim to fix 80% of the problems you report on first call to the RRC.
