Welcome Rob Armstrong to the Rapid Response Centre!

Rapidfire is excited to welcome Rob Armstrong to the Network Services team.  He has been in the IT industry for over 7 years and holds a degree in computer science.  With previous experience in both PC and Apple Mac systems, Rob adds a whole new element to Rapidfire’s service offerings.

Rob’s role focuses on managing the Rapid Response Centre resources. This ensures optimal service for our customers with their enquiries and projects. He is also responsible for developing and leading the team of engineers, to guarantee outstanding customer service, satisfaction, and achieving timelines and goals. As Rapid Response Centre Team Leader, Rob will also manage the distribution and analysis of Rapidfire’s reporting to keep our systems ahead of the trend.

We’re very pleased to have Rob on board and look forward to exciting times to come!
