Level One Support Technician

Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with customers to establish their requirements
- Support and maintain customers network infrastructure
- Work as part of our network services team to identify and improve shortfalls with customer sites
- Microsoft SBS
- Microsoft Server Platform
- Active Directory
- Windows XP & Vista
- Domain & user support
- LAN, WAN & other communications maintenance (including DSL, FIBRE)
The applicant must have at least 1 year experience within a Network Administration role,
- Strong customer service skills
- Networking skills (TCP/IP, Routers, Switches, LAN/WAN)
- Strong experience within Microsoft environments
- Experience with VOIP would be highly beneficial
- Experience with Network Monitoring & remote management tool is recommended
